You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
All tags, labels, and seals are intact
You have proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)
Personal care items (e.g., opened skincare, cosmetics, undergarments)
Clearance or final sale items (unless faulty)
Contact us at contact@oshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return address or instructions for your product category.
Ship the item back within 7 days after return approval.
? Note: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected:
If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If the item is damaged, incomplete, or not in original condition, we may offer a partial refund or return it back to you.
Need a different size, color, or item? We recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order to ensure availability.
If you received a faulty, damaged, or wrong item, we’re truly sorry! Please contact us at contact@oshop.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can fix it quickly.
